Meet Coach Mike
MGM Racquet Sports is dedicated to helping improve the on-court performance of both novice and expert tennis/squash enthusiasts alike.

Since 2011, Coach Mike has been bringing the sport of Tennis to kids in grades K-8th at various after-school programs in the Tri-State area. MGM Racquet Sports provides all the equipment, nets and balls for your students to receive a fun-filled introduction to Tennis at their own school. We also offer private lessons for adults.
Coach Mike Moreno has been playing competitive tennis for over 15 years. Starting in 2003, Mike joined the Reebok Urban Youth Tennis Team and played at the USTA until 2004. Mike spent the next two years at the Metro Tennis Academy and continued to play tournaments throughout his career. In the summer of 2006, he honed his skills as a student of the Ed Krass College Tennis Academy at Brown University. Mike graduated from the Riverdale Country School in the Bronx, where he played Varsity Tennis for 5 years and was NCAA certified. Mike graduated from Hamilton College and played on the Men's Varsity Tennis Team for four years and is Ranked #3 for Most Singles Victories/Career from 2007-11. Coach Mike is a Certified member of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) and a Certified USTA NET Generation Coach.
Mike was also Co-Captain of the Men's 3.5 Squash Team at the Princeton Club of New York and brought their team to victory during the 2012-13 season. Coach Mike currently plays competitive Squash for the Princeton Club of New York Men's 4.0 Team.
